Orange Blossom Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6-ounce each)

  • 1/4 cup orange blossom honey

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange blossom honey, soy sauce, orange juice, ginger, and garlic to create the marinade.

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Garnish the salmon with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
