Orange Blossom Honey Panna Cotta
Ingredients
1/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 orange
Fresh berries or fruit, for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it soften for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and orange blossom honey over medium heat until the honey is dissolved and the cream is steaming, but not boiling. Remove from heat.
Add the softened gelatin to the hot cream mixture, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in the vanilla extract and orange zest.
Pour the mixture into six individual ramekins or dessert glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the panna cotta is set.
To serve, top each panna cotta with fresh berries or fruit.
